The ArTmor Project - Bandit Fett

My submission for The ArTmor Project. 60 Star Wars Artists, Podcasters, Fans, and Community Pioneers were sent blank Mandalorian armor sets to create custom one of a kind pieces of Art. These original works were auctioned of as the corner stone of the annual Star Wars in Character Star Wars Toy Drive benefitting Toys for Tots. The live auction took place on November 24th, 2013.

My entry is entitled “Bandit Fett.” This glossy black armor features the hood artwork of Ban One, Burt Reynolds’ infamous ‘77 Trans Am from the movie Smokey and the Bandit. Next to Lando Calrissian, The Bandit was one of the smoothest guys with a mustache in the ’70s and ‘80s. I imagine, like the Bandit, Boba only took his helmet of for one thing.
